a new concept in helping you meet your private presentation needs. Reserve and use our easy-to-find location on
Homestead Road to get-together with your business group or non-profit organization. You can give sophisticated
training sessions to your end-users with our computer, projector and large screen. You can even offer a cozy
relaxing business mixer to your invitees, with food and drinks that you provide or we can help with.

• Seating for about 30 - 40 people maximum, with comfortable chairs
• Small tables for attendees' laptops or handouts or taking notes
• Bring your own or use our computer, projector and large screen
• Large Marker Board for quick drawings and Q&A sessions
• Configurable layout of foldable tables and stackable chairs for club committee meetings
• Demo tables available, for placement of products and brochures, business cards
• Large windows with nice views from upstairs or use blinds and indoor lighting

• Bring your own PowerPoint Presentations, or we can prepare & format everything for you, from your basic material
• You can pre-order snacks & drinks from us, or bring in your own
• Pick up or order from some 30 varieties of food, from Pizzas & Korean food to Subway & Quiznos sandwiches, from
  KFC chicken & Taco Bell to Starbucks coffee & Indian takeout food, all WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE from the

• Even a full grocery store & drugstore across the street
• Video-taping service available, with digitized edited version uploaded later to your Website
• Kinkos/FedEx store 1-min drive away for last-minute extra copies of handouts or manuals

Reservations

• Check our Online Calendar for availability; pick your timeslots and facilities needed; you can Register securely,
  create a Password, login and make your  reservation, even pay online!
• Reservation details and credit-card payment confirmations will be emailed immediately
• Alternately, call or email us for information or additional special requests or cancellations
• Direct links provided from our Event calendar to your Website, or to PDF descriptions
• We can help you track their RSVPs & contact info and register attendees or collect fees on-site
• We can add email IDs of attendees to your database for follow-thru Marketing campaigns
